Default BC Coilover Setup......

I have got myself a set of the BC Racing Coilovers off of the GB and im planning to fit them over the weekend but Ive got a couple of questions, I have e-mail'd Bren@Apex but unfortunately he hasnt fitted a set to a MY03 yet.

Any I need to know;

1) Roughly how many turns to put on the bottom bracket to give a 25-30mm drop? This dosent have to be perfect just a guide to allow me to drive to Carnetix next week!

2) Roughly where should I set the Camber adjusters for a "safe" 200 mile drive? I really dont want to ruin my tyres on the jorney up!!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Add 15 turns to each strut out of the box for a 30mm drop.
Leave the Camber plates in the middle, and leave the rear seats at home.
