any advice please
mornin all. im having tein s tech springs fitted to my 04' sti in a couple days. ive got full trust in the guy whos doing it, ive known him for years and hes done many things for me in the past. im also gonna be there with him while hes doin it. but,...............just so that i know, is there anything special i need to tell him about fitting them? anything to make sure of ?

It really is a straightforward job. The only thing's to be aware of is that you'll need to remove the rear seats to get the rear shocks out, and the spring cups on the front are eccentric and not concentric. Just make sure they are pointing with the largest side out when they are refitted. Other than those little peculiarities they are no different to any other macpherson struts.
