Default need suspension upgrade without height drop?

my 2003 wrx suspension is really doing my head in its so soft im used to alot harder rides from previous cars, i feel like im driving a mondeo. Only problem i have is ride height, I like the height atm because i work on building sites it helps parking on them sometimes I dont have much cash spare so prefer to get just springs and have had bad experiences with coilvers hitting out the whole time on previous cars. My short list is a set of tein s springs which seem recommended on here etc but they drop the car by upto 35mm which im not sure if i will notice much? is there any other springs ppl can surgest that might not drop the ride height by much but be about the same performance as say tein s????

ok, springs you can't, i was talking about coilovers which have a movable spring platform so you can set the height you want. Sorry.

Fit STI springs/dampers as they are quite a lot stiffer .

That would be my choice also.

But is the problem a soft ride in a straight line or actually really a problem with too much body roll when cornering? If it is body roll then a set of stiffer anti-roll bars with alloy droplinks should fit the bill, whilst still giving a comfy ride on the straight if the standard springs/shocks are retained.
