AST coilovers
Im thinking of fitting some AST coilovers to my 05 STI. I just wondered if anyone has these fitted to their car and what are they like??
The package im looking at includes front and rear anti roll bars and an anti lift kit. Im not sure i want to pay the extra £500 for these bits, but want to know how much of a difference they make??
Any help greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance.

I'd almost say one or the other....
I fitted a raft of Whiteline goodies and it is superb now.
If you fit the coil-overs, they will be stiffer, so the Whiteline bits will have a reduced effect, but still positive IYSWIM.
It is a fine package, but if your suspension isn't shot I'd do the Whiteline bits first, and play with the settings. Then (like me !) if you get greedy, do the coil-overs later.
Unless you are loaded of course
