can any one give me advice steering seems to have some play its quit hard to explain there seems to be some give when driving i fitted rear anti roll bar and drop links a while ago and drop links to front when i fittted front the bushes were not exactly the same size quit alot off difference i have tightened front nuts quit reguarly could drop links affect steering like iam trying to discribe any help welcome.

 

Tired rack mounting bushes ? How old is your car ?

97 wagon i was going to put on original drop links to see comparing both white line and oe there is no play in oe bush's but whiye lines bush are very easy to squish,are steering rack bushes hard to get at.

 

dunno the last bit left on mine that hasn't been messed with !

thanks for reply ,its a case off work shop manual.

 

Done the rack bushes on mine, the round one is easy, the square is a PITA but can be done with a lot of fiddling.
