getting a loud thump or knocking noise comming from front drivers side i here it mostly over speed bumps, normal driving its fine unless i hit a pot hole then you get a loud thump.
car is a 94 wrx with standard shocks and teni springs

 

Check your tophat, could be loose, or your shock might have to be lubed
