I have GAB suspension fitted to my MY94 WRX. ITs very stiff, a harsh ride - then again it is supposed to be a solely track suspension.
I have mine on setting 2 all the way round and find that quite comfortable t olive with. Settings 3 or 4 and you are asking for trouble on those bumpy B-roads
Hope this helps..........
Cheers,
Michelle.

I did something like a 350 mile round trip with Michelle and the GAB didn't seem that bad on the motorway and A roads.
I've been in much worse cars like a slammed Cavalier that made your teeth rattle just going over a crisp packet.

Ah but Chris, it was on a soft setting suitable(ish) for road driving
The turn in and sharpness round the corners is so much improved by the GAB compared to the normal WRX suspension. I also now have a tendency of very mild oversteer with it.
I am really liking the suspension now. I did try it on setting 4,but had such a bad back after getting out I would not recommend that for road driving at all. If you have recently had the suspension put on the car, it will take some time to *settle* in.
Mail me if you have any more queries michelle_allenwrx@hotmail.com
