To all those with adjustable dampers
What settings do you run front and rear? Please state Spring rate, range of adjustment and where you sit in that range.
For example. I have Tein Superstreets 4/3 spring rate and of 16 settings 0 being hardest and 16 softest, I'm currently running 10f and 12r for normal driving. 12f and 14r for comfort and 8f and 6f for when I want to *ahem* press on.
The optimal difference between front and rear settings is of particular interest to me. I did try the same settings all around, but was told the rear dampers ideall should be set a tad lower. Comments, opinions from suspension experts or just everyone's experience would be appreciated.

Umm, springs are 55Nmm front and 35Nmm rear. 0-42 notches of adjustment
Front: 37H 10L 34 rebound
Rear: 34H 8L 34 rebound
These settings were decided by [name drop alert] the original Stig so I haven't seen fit to fiddle with them much, it never handles as well when I change anything so I have stopped bothering.

Cool, bump and rebound independently adjustable!
So, should run always run slightly lower damper rates at the back? Are there advantages to running the same all around.

I don't know about always; these setting are for "rough tarmac" which is a pretty good decription of Northamptonshire's C and D roads. These shocks came off a stripped-out, roll-caged WRC winning car but it seems to suit my wagon quite nicely.
