I have got KW v3 on mine an excelent shocker but very difficult to set up for the average guy.Unfortunatley i'm no race engineer! Another problem is they only accept oe top mounts without making up some adapters. If i were buying again i would go for these ***Apex/BC coilover Group Buy number 3!*** my son has them on his type R and for the money you can't go far wrong.

How so, do they have problems with the top mounts?

Non standard thread size, i had some sleeve nuts made by local engineering firm. FWIW Apex units come complete with adjustable top mounts. For the same price as i paid for KW v3's,top mounts and machining my son got suspension kit and K Sport brakes. At the end of the day it's your money but don't dismiss cheaper products just to buy a "name". Just my opinion of course! Cheers Andy.

Wow! Ok, sounds like the Apex units are good value for money.

And really cheap at the moment They now not only come with free rear adjuster extenders to poke through the parcel shelf but the latest batch on their way to us now come with not just front camber adjustable top mounts but also rears!
