Is the setup the same as the UK STI of the same year.

I had intended to buy an ARB for my UK STI but sold the car before getting one. I now have a 2003 JDM STI and wondered if i should look at getting one this time.

Is the setup the same.? I feel the JDM car is more planted but i am getting a bit of understeer which at the moment i am putting down to the Fulda tyres (they arent bad just not my choice).
