Default blobeye sti apex/bc coilovers

any body know what the optimum ride height is for a late 05 blobeye sti with the apex coilovers fitted. have fitted 18" alloys and now need to drop it a little but dont know how much to drop it by also how do you measure the shock in order to drop it by a set amount. eg 20-25mm havent fitted the coilovers yet but will do next week then i have it booked in to prosport stockport to have the geometry set up. any advise greatfully received.

How much have you been quoted for the geometry at prosport? I'm of to Ninemeister in warrington for my geometry setup after fitting the same coilovers yesterday. Cost is a set £120 + vat.
To get the height, Adam, the fitter, is going over it with me on monday. Basically though, he's fitted them similar to my stock sti struts & springs setup at first, then we're going to play with the height and settings to get the optimum setup.
I'm running a my03 sti, which is obviously different to yours, but not dissimilar.
Where do you live?
