Whiteline Anti-Lift Kit.... does what it says on the tin.
You do need the geometry re-setting after fitting tho'.

P.S. an adjustable rear bar will transform your cars handling, best value mod on mine !

How does this stop the lift exactly, i can't see how it will overcome soft shocks / average springs?
Also does it work when brakeing? i have just fitted 4 pots and have some proper stopping ability now, so when i brake the nose seriously dives! I assume the only way round this is uprated suspension?

Uprated springs were the best mods I did on my newage cars. They stopped the lifting and diving as you describe and enables the car to corner flatter.
looks cool aswell.

I like some of the suggestions so far but the only way you are going to prevent the front end lifting is to offer more resistance to rear compression and/or front extension. To achieve this you will have to change the strut/spring combination.
