Default Cusco pillow collars

the reason for my suspension knock; both pillow collars are missing from my top mounts...anyone now where I can get spares from?

Just to make everyone's life easier, here's a diagram

yeah, but I'd rather either use a proper one or turn one as I have access to a lathe...I need some dimensions though. Probably being a little too **** for my own good
