Default HKS coilover springs

can anyone point me in the direction to purchase some lighter springs for a set of hks coilovers that are fitted to my version 3 sti , although the shocks are adjustable even on softest setting they are real harsh
my old teins where just about right, im not sure of the spring rates on these hks ones but desperatly need something softer for the road,
awsome for sprints but getting the car there is a nightmare
cheers

Default coilovers

measure the internal diameter of your springs and the free length of both front and rear springs. this measurment is made with the springs off the car.
then with the spring ratings for front and rear give demon tweeks a ring and they will sell you a faukner spring to match your springs.
obviously if you are decreasing the rate of the spring then you should slightly reduce the free length of the spring.
eg: if your car weighs 2000lbs,thats for arguments sake 500lbs per corner, give or take. if you have got 500lbs springs on front they will drop 1 inch per 500lbs.
this is a very hard formula to work out your best bet is to just decrease poundage rate of springs by about 10%-20% at the same free length you should get away with that.
hope this helps you out
