Default Cusco coilover equipped car rubbing on one side

Hi

i have just bought a 1999 type R (version 5) with a set of cusco coilover adjustable suspensions including pillowball mounts....

the ride is hard but it's a joy to drive, my problem is that the rear passenger side tyre is rubbing with the rear fender lip when you hit bumps.

car is fitted with 215/45/17 r888 and the strange thing is that i am hearing a click, click type of sound coming from this area when i apply and release throttle ... i visually checked the coilover on this side and their appear to be no apparent oil leaks or anything strange.

Any ideas please?

PS. car does not rub on the driver's side no matter ho hard i try

regards,
