Remove the rear seat, undo the suspension top nuts, fit strut brace end pieces, fit bar, tighten it all up, refit rear seat.
Rear seat is two bolts for the base peice on my bugeye, although I believe iy may be three for later models. Then there is four bolts for the back piece. The top of the struts is tight so you'll need a socket extension.

As above basically, except you also have to remove the rear side seat belt reels/mechanism/cartridge. One big bolt and location peg and they wiggle out.
Be warned, you need to take care replacing, adjusting alignment so that belt recoils freely without sticking..!

Never removed my rear seatbelts, just used an extension socket, extactly the same when I changed the rear struts, undid the nuts with the seat belts in place

Removing the seat belt reels will depend on the design of the strut brace..
For example, the shape of the end rings on my Cusco CF strut meant they could not be fitted without removing seat belt..
All the better if you can get away without doing this..
