Question Rear lateral link bushes

Need to replace my rear lateral link bushes soon as they have seen better days.
Is this an easy job or are these bushes a pain in the a**e ??
Looking to replace them with uprated ones.

Opinions please

Easy job. You will need to get the rear toe re-set. There is a very long through bolt that holds it all together at the base of the hub, these can be a very real pain to get out (rust) so lots of WD40 needed.

You will not notice any harshness increase over stock rubber ones.

I think i would be tempted to get some good used ones from Welcome to the API website

Look OK to me. Would ask about greasing them on assembly.
