Default 06 WRX and Complaining Pregnant Wife

Got a MY06 WRX PPP and a pregnant wife who keeps complaining that the ride on the car is too hard.

The car does seem to see-saw over bumps rather than ride smoothly over them.

Any thoughts on whether upgrading suspension might help ?

cheers

that's the one, it also seems to stop the rev counter around 4500 rpm too !!

seriously though, the wife has a4 with sports suspension and is much smoother over the bumps than the WRX

is this simply a standard suspension issue ?

standard suspension I am afraid.
You can of course enter the expensive world of fully adjustable coliovers and other forms of tweaks, but tbh it would be far cheaper for the 9 months or less to ask her to use cushions etc, as you will need to be saving for the new costly arrival

i had a seesawing kind of drive on the standard 17" wheels, but oddly, i changed to 18" and the ride felt a lot better, still v stiff, but the seesawing seemed to disappear.

My suspension is as hard as nails (not standard), no wafting over speed humps and the like, didn't hear a peep out of my preg g/f. Maybe your one needs a good oiling

Fit an adjustable whiteline ARB and drop links.........less roll without comprimising ride. Also WAY easier to oversteer progressively
