do they do -35mm springs, as thats what i've been advised to get, but the ones i can find are -50mm

<<< If you check my profile out you will see mine on -50mm springs... in reality they dropped the car between 25-30mm against the standard turbo springs.

cheers mate, car looks very nice btw. mine is a type r so will, in theory that only drop about 30mm?

Yes I would say that at the most, I would not recommend any lower you will loose the handling and you will find speed ramps not a good idea.
