Can anyone tell me the spring rating for Eibach springs as fitted to the Impreza. The documentation I have says the front is a linear spring and the back progressive, but no mention of the spring stiffness. I know STi springs are all linear and are 1.04 kN/mm front and 1.12 kN/mm back.

Also, what is the advantage of linear front, progressive back.
