I have done all this years ago.

The change to poly bushes is simple and hard work. To change the main chassis bushes is a matter of removing the old rubber bushes, greasing and sliding in the poly ones and re-alignment.

It took me a whole weekend to do the lot.

The vibration/noises on the car do increase but you get used to it.

There are 3 grades of hardness available, full race (bloody stiff) fast road and rubber replacements.

They are not cheap, but certainly miles cheaper than stock rubber bushes.

If the rubber bushes are in good condition then i would only change to ploy bushes if tracking the car seriously as i do.
