Assuming it is a Classic?
The Whiteline lower front 'H' brace (looks nothing like a H!) simply attaches to the front subframe lower arm front pivot points and the rear pivot points of the same lower arms.
It triangulates the chassis and the subframe together. IMHO they will make a difference to a track car and not a road car, and even then when the chassis has had the rubber bushes removed for poly bushes to be fitted to further tighten any deflection of the suspension under heavy loads due to cornering on good tyres. etc.
They are easy to fit, but the bolts in the chassis can be very very tight and you might need a long breaker bar to do the job or an air gun. Technically, you should re-align the car after fitting. If you do not yet have a Whiteline Anti lift kit on the front, now would be a great time to do it as it uses the same bolts as the 'H' brace.
