Default Prodrive suspension - wow

Had the Prodrive suspension fitted to my MY03 WRX saloon by my local dealer. All I can say so far is "wow, what a difference" and why didn't Subaru run this setup as standard?

I know that it can probably be improved still, but this is good enough for me.

It's good, isn't it, and as you say, it makes the car much more what it should have been out of the box!

I take it you mean just the Prodrive uprated springs, leaving the original struts? To echo borderlinechris above, how much for the springs and how much for the fitting?

Bought mine a few months back and if they were £175.50 after SIDC discount. Very good price in my opinion.

The bulk of the cost in fairness came from the fitting and custom laser alignment .

This will be my next mod since I've gone as far as I dare power wise. What is the ride like with Prodrive springs? I've heard it gives zero body roll, but makes it as hard as nails. I do a lot of motorway miles and don't want to lose my fillings....

I run an 03 WRX with prodrive sprinmgs and the whole whiteline back catalogue and it's not rough at all, in fact it feels really smooth!!!

Old thread I know but my 01 WRX on the Prodrive springs is way harder than the original ride. It's possibly highlighting a need to replace some of the bushes but it ain't great if you want to retain comfort!
Looks cool though
