Default wheel wobbles.help please

hi folks. hope someone can shed some light on this head scratcher for me.

since i got my used car its had a slight wheel wobble when i hit 70mph. car had 2 new front rubbers before i collected it so i just assumed the balancing was slightly out.

ive just had her into my local specialist who had the fronts rebalanced as they where "slightly out". unfortunately this has made the problem worse and it starts wobbling at 50mph. due to time constraints ive got to take her back next week to investigate further.

i've just swapped the fronts and backs round and been for a quick spin. no wobble on the steering wheel but getting above 60mph there was a wobble/vibration throughout the car (if that makes sense) in fact the passenger seat was wobbling like crazy.

all wheels and tyres look ok and round.

any ideas whats going on???? should i have swapped the wheels diagonally as i just done a straight front to back swap (tyres not directional)

cheers

Possibly the tyres are out of shape, just had this with a set of dunlops.

IMHO:
Bad new tyres.
When you fitted the fronts to the rear the steering was then ok. Ther rear being more resistant to move (compared to the freedom of a steering rack) simply transmits a heavy vibration.

I have seen this before when the tyres were in balance but were oval to the rim so the rolling radius changed on every revolution.
The wobble/vibration was really bad a50mph (car was a Cossie)

To eliminate the tyres you do need to borrow a pair/set from someone and drive the car again.

oval objects for reproduction

thats what i was fearing but was hoping that the rubber might flex to the right shape (muppet).

been putting up with this for a while and the garage has gone out of business as well. big downside to buying performance tyres

Slight buckle to nearside front wheel wheel ?
had similar last year after mild bumping of curb. Whats it like underbraking ? I got so 'tired' of not solving problem (inc new tyres) I bought a new set of rims.
Problem solved but service soon after found front hub slightly loose too !!! linked/caused ?

the car was fine on test drive but had two new front tyres before collection.

other than a slight wobble at 70 all's fine. cornering braking handling all fine . no unusal noises
