Default Lowering Springs - 97 Type R

Hi There. Got a problem deciding which springs to go for. At the moment the car is on 18" wheels et45 with 215/35/18 tyres. It does rub over very deep pot holes and during semi hard cornering at the rear. The car will be going into a bodyshop in the next few months to get the arches rolled to stop this. I want some advice on what my options are? I want it low but drivable without taking my low front bumper off!! I have seen that the H+R springs are quite low. Ive heard the Eibachs dont visually do much and the Whitelines are a go in between. Someone please help me out

Eibachs are usually -30mm, had them on my old 94 WRX, but you need to make sure you buy the correct ones for your model.

They still gave a very good ride quality.

Surely you cant have standard suspension if the tyres rub.
