Suspension and geometry setup

Suspension and geometry setup
Evening all
Newbie here so apologies for the potentially silly question.
Just got myself a Impreza WRX. Notice that one of the tyres has slight heavier tyre wear on the outside. (have checked pressures)
Car is booked into ABP motorsport for a filter and oil change so while it is there I am having the fast road spec suspension and geometry set-up.
In all honesty don't really know the full ins and outs of what is involved so my question is once this is set up will it need setting up again when say I replace the tyres or potentially change the wheels.
