Log onto the Tein website you can download the fitting instructions from there usually. The torque settings are not particular to each car. Hope this helps

thank you for replying, i have already sourced those fitting guidlines, just didnt want to wreck the expensive new suspension as soon as i turned the first corner to get my wheels aligned.
