Everything you need to ..
.. complete a 2001 bugeye suspension change?
I have ordered a set of Tein basic dampers for my 2001 bugeye wrx. I take it you use the existing top mounts for them?
At the same time I also have a Whiteline ARB, Soild Drop links, Cusco H brace, do I need anything else ie new camber bolts or the old ones be ok?
anything else you can think of just stick it down.

Doubt that.
For AST's for instance, you can have almost anything you want.
A road car will be 'nice' on 40 Fr/30 Rr
A good track day car, 50/40 and a ***** out hard driver, 60/50
The damping to suit these rates is different.
A track star car might be harder still and when damping is optimised the car will be great on a race track/billiard table and dangerous if driven fast on a B road.
I think Tein sell their units by application, ie Street/race/drift etc and this governs the spring rates supplied and the damping module in the strut itself used to damp the spring installed.
It is too easy to complicate this subject, but it is good to understand what you are fitting and to be sure.
I am no suspension expert but have spent 3 years getting my hillclimb car to a good level of balance.....the hard way.
