Unhappy rear strut bars

having problems fitting the above got a classic 95 wrx import wagon any info would help

What's the problem m8? I have a wagon with a rear brace.

cant get them on due to the plastic around the wheel arch where the speakers sit hope this helps dont know how to descibe any better

Hi mate, I fitted one the other day to my MY99, just had to make the holes slightly bigger by tapping with ahammer. Just needed to flatten the sides a wee bit. Knightmare undoing the bolts on top of the strut though, not much room there.

Hey,

Actually there is a topic in the main forum about buying a wagon or not, and has a few comments on the installation and use of sway bars on wagons, amongst other things.

I have ordered some STi bars for my '05 SW and was actually wondering if there were any grievences with installing the rear sway bars, and if it is very intrusive as far as space goes?

I know that the version on the way has a "quick" release function which prolly indicates that it has to be removed if you want to use the whole boot.

I had actually started a thread (here) with this in mind, but it would be cool to hear from personal experiences anyway.
