Default KYB shocks

I had std shocks and eibach springs but my rear shocks needed replacing so i changed them for KYB but now i get a squeeking noise when i go over some bumps like they may be rubbing the arches? Is is normal for the them to sqeek when new and will they run in ok or??? The car is a 2002 Bugeye Wagon.

they are rubbing the arches anyone know someone who rolls wheel arches in the manchester area?

shouldn't rub the arches, is it def coming from the suspenion?

its like a grinding noise and when i get a mate to sit in the boot i cant get my fingers between the tyre and the arch as the gap is so small.

yeah don't sound right at all, are they the right fitement shocks? best bet is take them back to where you had them fitted and see what they say

not right at all are the mounts ok, i take it the gap is same both sides. have you got huge wheels on it??
