UK spring and damper rates vs STi

UK spring and damper rates vs STi
I have got the spring rates from the UK and all of the STi models but cant find the damper rates.
I currently run UK shocks with STi 4 springs but find it a bit to choppy. I tired going back to the UK springs but they lean all over the place. Would the STi dampers be softer to match up with the higher STi spring rates?
