Can anybody tell me the difference in riding and general car behaviour the two sets have, please?

 

I had the "Sports Suspension" as an option on my MY01 when I bought it. It turns out that this is the MY01 STI struts etc.

Car is slighly lower than the standard MY01 (don't know by how much) and it makes the ride signficantly "harder" over the standard suspension. You really feel every rut in the ground and its not very nice for motorway driving.

Body roll through corners is virtually non-existant. However, after comparing with a mates standard suspension setup, I'm not sure that I would go with it again if I had the chance. His car seemed to handle in the same way without the adverse ride impact that I get.
