Default front n/s spring movement

got a funny noise coming from front driver side spring it sounds like a cv joint but been told its not it looks as tho the spring is moving in the cup
can anyone tell me why this is happening because it's frying my head
it's a v7 spec c with 50k on clock.

i don't think it's somthing major but there again it could well be
i'm a sucker for listening to the car as is so you can imagine what i'm like with this making a din like this
if i said it was doing my head in would be an understatement to say the least
