Default Fitting new springs myself

Is this something I can do myself on the drive?
I've never attempted suspension work but usually can turn my hand to most things.

What's needed and can anyone give me a guide or sorts?

I'll be getting the geometry sorted afterwards.

Cheers

Its much the same job as taking springs off other car makes.
Spring compressors are the essential tools.
The hardest part is undoing the hub clamp from the bottom of old struts - a good long breaker bar & 19mm socket is needed.

*Tip* Loosen the strut top nut before you jack the car up

I did it on the road side and it took about 4 hours.
Didn't need compressors as the spring isn't under that much tension. Would help geting the springs back on but I had a big mate to push them down

If you are mechanically minded you should have no trouble.
Just make sure everything goes back on in the same alignment. The hole in the front top cup is ofset and if aligned incorrectly can brush the inner arch.
