ARB on a MY05 STi
I know the MY05 came with specC uprated suspension components but what I would like to know is it worth changing the front and rear ARB's for whiteline adjustable types?
I was thinking of going for the stage1 Powerstation upgrade + prodrive springs but I am wondering if changing the arb's on the MY05 is not necessary.
thanks for your help.

IMHO for road use, No. I decided to leave the suspension well alone on my JDM STi and compared to others I've driven it's all the better for it but your best bet is to drive one with these mods for yourself as only you can decide what suits you.
Is there anything in particular that you feel isn't to your liking?

I am planning to do a few trackdays, so am just trying to find any worthwhile mods that can be done to improve the handling. I think it is very good as standard so would not want to upset things too much.
Would like to try a T25 suspension setup to see if it is a revelation compared to the latest standard STi hardware.

Do a trackday and report back. I've done one or two now on the OE suspension and am quite satisfied with the way it performs. Perhaps a second or so per lap could be had from a stiffer set-up but would you still be having as much fun ???
