Default A Good Road Suspension Package?

I have an sti 4 which arrived in the country 3 years ago fitted with uprated springs. These are stupidly stiff but does give the car a nice, low stance!
I believe that it has the original dampers in place.
Over the last few weeks I have noticed a 'grinding' noise, coming from the left rear when I turn right. Sounds like the shock is sticking, or just plain knackered!

I have decided to go the whole hog and go for new springs and dampers.
I would love to go back to the original sti 4 setup (supposed to be very good) but it will cost £700 for the dampers and £400 for the springs, which, to be honest, is a bit out of my price range.
So, whats the best kit for around £600?
Koni and Bilstein do various kits, or how about some KYB shocks coupled with eibach springs?

Want a comfortable, but capable suspension set up.
Any suggestions appreciated.

KYB-AGX with Eibach springs will be a decent value for money package that fits your budget. You can get the AGXs from the states for around $500 delivered duty paid.

Those prices (£700 + 400) are daylight robbery.

Turns out that the noise was just the rear, near side mud-flap rubbing on the tyre! Result! Think i'll put up with the hard suspension for now. Just got to sort my juddering brakes now.
