Will Sti springs lower a WRX?

Hi guys,can someone tell me if a set of Sti springs will lower a WRX(both 04),and if so by how much?

Why not get a set of Eibach or Prodrive springs designed for the 04 WRX which will have the right spring rate to match the dampers.

Prodrive springs are Eibachs designed to their specs
