Just put these on my P1 and as a starting point im happy. basically im just after a few short cuts to save me hours of messing around adjusting things the wrong way. not got a clue on car suspension but im bound to fiddle with it anyway.

interested in the spring set up you have (mine is 6KG F, 5KG rear), measurments from spring seat to shock base, ride height you are running, EDFC front/rear damping combinations you find effective. Basically any info you have found out while playing and adjusting. also any hints on quitening them down (although i only seem to have one thats noisy, off-side rear)
