Default geometry set up, which is best?

I can drive 200 miles to TSL who will use state of the art laser alignment equipment to set up my geometry, or go fairly locally to Power Engineering, who I believe use a different system (not laser).

Is there a significant difference between the two, and do you think I would get an equally good set up at Power? I am aware that both these garages offer very high quality services for Subaru's! Thanks!

I went to PowerStation, they do a Laser set up using things that clamp on the wheels.

I understand that some of them do it with lights and cameras and do some sort of 3d grid measurement on a lift.

It’s ok to measure to degrees minuets and seconds, but it’s the adjustment that counts.

So really it’s down to the competence of the technician doing the job, to adjust to the specifications.

I put eibachs on before I had it done, just to make it’s worth while.

Same ride straight line, but 18mm lower and stiffens up to level out on corners.

A mod you won’t regret, promise.
