Tein/Eibach Type R springs??
Want to lower ride hieght on my STI type R V5.
enquired with GGR who do a Tein set of uprated spring which lower 28mm front and 30mm rear. £140 + VAT
RCM do an Eibach set which lowers 20mm all round and sells at £180 + VAT.
Another option is the H&R springs at about £170 inc VAT
Am thinking of going for the Tein springs.
Anyone with any experience on any of these and which is preffered?
thanks all

ok...seems like nobody has any info on these....anyone ever lowered an STI Type R V5?????????????????????
What springs?
What where the results?? (handling/ride/looks)
How much did it drop??
Is it an improvment over the stock STI springs which come on the type R?
Thanks.

You can get STi springs that lower it by 30mm as fitted to the v.ltd. Dont know what sort of spring rate your after but these are quite soft and fine if you want a comfortable ride. Speak to powerstation for best advice going.

i've got the Eibachs on my v5 type r and it looks pritty much std think whiteline flatout springs are 35-50mm lower and also mrt do some low ones too. the ride is quite good, and the handling is spot on with the eibachs
