how to tell if shock has had it
i have a my02 wrx and its started to snake under braking and it just doesnt fell so sure footed as it did.... or It could just be me
there is aslo a noice coming from the rear like a squeak when I go ove bumps when its wet
how can I tell if the shock has gone

Have look under the wheel arch and see if the shocker is wet,its a sure sign its failled and leaking, my old MY01 had a dodgy N/S rear shocker at 32k miles.
Dont buy them from Subaru,order them direct from KYB as they supply the dealers but they are at least 40% cheaper if you buy direct.
Ohh and always replace the pair of them.
