Newage WRX springs on STI shocks

Will a set of springs for a newage WRX (standard or aftermarket) fit onto a set of newage STI shocks/struts.

Yes it fits but the result is overdamped bouncing suspension that reduce overall grip!
Don't try it IMHO!
