If it's any use to anyone, I paid a visit to Grade A Components in the Peak district over the weekend and they had a few of the Carbon STI ones on their shelves.
Worth giving them a ring I think as they will send by post/courrier.

Okay...so the guy goes to the post office...I pay him £17 for the so called delivery...
Seems that he was misinformed....! He refunded me the difference...and for some unknown reason posted it Recorded!
Its now been 2 days and i still have not recieved it
Recorded is not garanteed for 5 days..and if it does not turn up i think its only insured up to £30!!!
What can i do...?

He may have sent it parcel post which can take up to 5 days? I think it would have to be first class recorded as I think they will only do up to a certain weight 2nd class. End of the day he is in charge of the postage and should have paid the extra to get it insured - you where happy to pay £17 - first class recorded and insured would be alot less than that. When it finally turns up just make sure you point any problems out in your feedback. I had problems with an STI V5 intercooler, took him a couple of days to send it and then when he did he put the wrong house number and no name so it took a few days travelling around the neighbours for it to finally reach our house. Then he had removed the red pipe off it because he thought it didnt matter and it was easier to pack even though it was on his auction picture? Got him to send the pipe and told him my address again but he still sent it to the wrong address? It got sorted in the end though it was just a bit annoying with all the waiting.
