eibach springs

I've just got some Bilstein dampers with a set of Eibach springs attached. Does anyone know if a 7706001 is a lowering spring?

The Eibach Pro Kit springs lower the car by 30mm, but that part number isn't in my catalogue.

The springs were off a Jap import type RA. Would that make any diiference? I've already got lowering springs I bought in this country and I know the part no. differs from that.
