Default Whiteline Anti-roll bars

Has anyone any experience of the whiteline Anti-Roll bars

Are they worth fitting, I know they come with urathane bushes etc, but are they much better than standard Turbo Anti-Roll bars.

Would I get as good a result if I fitted urathane bushes to the standard Anti-Roll bars.

Went to local breakers and they wanted £80 +VAT for the complete Rear Anti-Roll bar including control arms from a Turbo.
Then rang Grade-A and bloke wanted £200
Thought both of them were taking the ****!!!!!

I can get a NEW Whiteline rear anti-roll bar kit for the non Turbo Impreza from Demon Thieves for £72.06 +VAT.

Anywhere cheaper than Demon Thieves for the Whiteline stuff???

Get them direct from Whiteline in Oz, air mail, with the exchange rate even with carriage still loads cheaper than UK suppliers, who get them off Whiteline ( or their distributors! ) and mark up to cover the carriage, duty, etc!

Saved me £60 on anti lift kit!

No mate, in the UK they were £118 plus VAT and plus Carriage, so about £140 all in.

I got them in from Oz all in for £88, inc carriage. OK, so maybe I did OK with the duty, but did pay Oz sales tax.

These go from manufacturerto a retailer in Oz, then shipped to a retailer in UK, vat and other duties paid, then sold to us. Cut out 2 middle men if you know where to go and reap the savings!

I think they are not much more, say £90 - £95.

Demoin Tweeks do them too I believe. Call them for prices!

I have std MY99 turbo front and rear anti-roll bars available at a lot less than what you've been quoted if you're interested. Also have the drop links.

Thanks for the offer Alan ,but the non turbos come with different track control arms or the rear. They have no mounting bracket on them for the "C" drop link. So if fit turbo rear anti-roll bar I need the control arms too. The whiteline kit for non turbos comes with bolt on brackets I believe
