Yes - I didn't like them much over the rough roads where I live. They were very harsh. I found that standard springs and larger anti roll bars gave a better setup.

However the car looked better with the PI springs on.

Paul
Still trying to decide which spring kit to get, it would appear most people on here have either Prodrive or Eibach both of which aren't cheap (P.I. are nearly half the price) was just wondering if they're a bargain or to bite the bullet and cough up for the best. Was hoping for a few more replies to help me decide.
Could you let me know what they're like once you've had them fitted?
What made you decide to get them over the others?

Cheers
Chris

fitted the gmax springs today, nice subtle drop, car was understeering all over the place, rest the tracking on the front to 0.5mm toe in per side, car drives really well

feels quite a bit stiffer then the uk turbo springs that were fitted and it also feels stiffer then the WRX ones that came with the car, i amm well happy with how the car drives now, body roll seams to be in check, although its wet and i couldnt push it to much due to lack of grip lol

will report back when its dry

ok, did sum tests on the way home with the roads dead and dry, well i really love the way this car drives now, i havnet pushed it really hard, but i did wizz around a fair few roundabouts, the car drives exactly how i wanted it to, i wish my coilovers were like this, for me, its the perfect setup (except i want to try the ALK)

Gmax springs come recomended from me, although i do have 4 brand new shocks, and the springs do seam to be a bit stiffer then standerd so any worn shocks might make them crap

i wish this car handled like this when i first got it, i will be buying a ALK and having a 4 wheel lazer set up when the funds arrive
