I was thinking of getting prodrive spring kit,does this include bump stops? how much does it lower car by?cheers in advance.

For which MY scoob we talkin about?
I had Prodrive springs on my MY01 and it lowers it around 30mm but the pack does not contain bumpstops!! (I'd be very surprised if any of the Prodrive spring kits include em!! )

MY03 kit doesn't. But it's still worth fitting IMHO.

 

For the 03sti the spring kit does include bump stops.
