Question

recently bought a series mcrae scooby and the ride seems rather floaty compared with my last car [ e30 m3] and was wondering if this is the norm is or is the dampers shagged as they have done 51k

It's all very subjective - to some people (like me) the standard suspension is quite "floaty" and soft but to others it is quite firm.

It also depends on what else you're used to driving..... Jean-Marc on this BBS has both an M3 E30 and a UK Scoob which I think is standard in the handling dept.

If you look up his username, you should mail him and ask him how the two compare....
