03STi Road noise- increased?

Has anyone noticed an increase in road noise since fitting the Prodrive springs to their 03STi?

Not so much the springs, but combined with 18's, it sounds like the diffs are on the way out.

Yes, I meant actual road noise, not knock or thump.
I've had 18's with Toyo's since well before the springs, and I'm sure there is more noise now. I could describe it rather like the previous post.
