I was told by a suspension alignement house that the Impreza front camber is not adjustable and so I could not set up the suspension setings of my MY98 Impreza to the prodrive settings??

Is this true?

Sort of....

There is a small amount of adjustment, but to get Prodrive seetings on, you/they/someone will need to elongate the mounting holes to allow more ajustment.
